Professional Experience

Operations Manager :

As Operations Manager had the main task of planning and coordinating office staff, procedures and activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the office involved overseeing the purchase and maintenance of office equipment, office supplies, as well as developing more efficient procedures and protocol for staff. This also include the creation and update of resource and job duties manuals. Other duties include maintenance of a general office filing system, coordinating and support of administrative staff.

Need to mention responsible for the planning, implementation and management of office operations and administrative support services, typical duties include supervising office personnel and operations, setting goals and objectives and the formulation of administrative policies and procedures, coordinating meetings and office events, ensuring paper and electronic correspondence and files are distributed and maintained efficiently, maintaining office supply inventory and facilities, and performing basic bookkeeping functions. Media Executive :

Reporting to the Manager of Media Relations, was coordinating internal and external communication efforts for the firm & clients. Responsibilities included tactical implementation of media strategy, pitching press releases, news of deals and suits, and story ideas, assisting partners in gaining media exposure using the Middle East Based PAN ARAB RESEARCH COMPANY’s ‘SEAS’ program, and the development and maintenance of relationships with media contacts.

While responsible for directing and executing the strategic development of media activity for all client’s specific or multiple markets, or geographic territories, tend to work within an advertising budget and coordinate media activities with various colleagues to ensure meeting corporate standards. While assigned to specific promotional programs or campaigns and oversee the design of marketing materials (including print and electronic media) while managing a variety of tasks in order to ensure the meeting of deadlines.

I was self-starting, highly motivated, knowledgeable, creative and was able to project a professional demeanor.

My ability to accurately and effectively select the most appropriate mix of media - print, broadcast, outdoor, and internet - to achieve a desired objective in a marketing or public relations campaign was always been appreciated.

 

Information Technology :

Played a vital role in the technological direction of my organization. Did everything from constructing the business plan to overseeing network security to directing Internet operations.

I had to direct the work of systems analysts, computer programmers, support specialists, and other computer-related workers. Planned and coordinate activities such as installation and upgrading of hardware and software, programming and systems design, development of computer networks, and implementation of Internet and intranet sites. Increasingly involved with the upkeep, maintenance, and security of networks. Analyze the computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements. Was responsible for demonstrating to a company how information technology can be used as a competitive tool that not only cuts costs, but also increases revenue and maintains or increases competitive advantage.

Local area network/wide area network management involved providing a variety of services, from design to administration of the local area network, which connects staff within an organization. Directing the network and its computing environment, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all other computer-related configurations.

Have strong communication skills to coordinate the activities of the unit with those of other units or organizations. Confer with top executives; financial, production, marketing, and other managers; as well as contractors and equipment and materials suppliers.

Marketing Information Services Manager :

Develop the client’s marketing strategy in detail. With the help of subordinates, including product development managers and market research managers, estimate the demand for products and services offered by the client (Brand/Product) and its competitors. In addition, identify potential markets—for example, business firms, wholesalers, retailers, government, or the general public. Develop pricing strategy to help Clients (Brands/Products) maximize profits and market share while ensuring that the client’s customers are satisfied. In collaboration with sales, product development, and other management, monitoring TRENDS that indicate the need for new products and/or services, and oversee product development. Worked with advertising and promotional managers to promote the Client’s (Brands/Products and services) to attract potential users.

 

As Executive Secretary :

Professional demeanor, good communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with computers, fax machines and multiline telephone systems.

The ability to multitask and solve problems under tight deadline is critical.

Knowledge of legal terms and procedures.

Coordinating and managing administrative functions and provide support and assistance to executives & upper level management.
